AMY NGUYEN, DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Ms. Nguyen develops, implements, administers and interprets Human Resources policies, systems, processes, and programs. She manages recruitment and selection, supervises and evaluates the performance of assigned staff, and plans and arranges appropriate training. She oversees employee-employer relations, health benefits, classification and compensation, staff development, employee records management, credentials and certification, classified and certificated substitute services, contract administration, and workers compensation program support. She also assures compliance with a variety of state and federal regulations, laws and reporting requirements.
